Spineless Opuntia

Spineless opuntia has edible paddles and produces a large edible fruit ! Very hardy , grows fast , gets very large with a trunk shape ! Fruit and paddles do not have large spines but do still have small glochids. very attractive with brilliant yellow blooms and a blue skin , new growth emerges green and supple . This gets thick strong paddles that grow into a trunk . Medium paddles are 6”-8” large paddles are 8”-12” extralarge are 12”-15” and trunk shape are woody thick 15”-18” and produce a great trunk for a stand !!
